Mr. Anoop Kumar Saxena, a B.Tech graduate in Mechanical Engineering, brings more than three decades of rich techno-commercial experience in steel manufacturing, plant operations, business strategy, and the execution of greenfield and expansion projects. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated strong leadership in enhancing operational efficiency, driving profitability, and fostering sustainable organizational growth.

His expertise spans strategic planning, process improvement, capacity enhancement, and the development of high-performing teams, all of which have contributed significantly to strengthening the Company’s competitive position and long-term growth prospects. He has also spearheaded several key transformation initiatives across information technology, digitalization, sustainability, environmental, safety and health management, playing a vital role in the Company’s continued growth and evolution.

Mrs. Mukta Jain, a graduate in Arts, brings over two decades of rich professional experience in business development and strategic management. With her innovative approach, strong leadership capabilities, and keen business acumen, she has played a pivotal role in driving organizational growth and strengthening strategic initiatives.

Her expertise in identifying opportunities, fostering business relationships, and guiding key management decisions contributes significantly to the Company’s sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Mr. Satish Kumar Panchal holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from the prestigious L.D. College of Engineering, Ahmedabad. He began his professional career with a reputed environmental consultancy firm in New Delhi, where he gained valuable industry experience over a period of more than three years.

With his strong technical expertise, environmental stewardship, and understanding of regulatory frameworks, he brings valuable insights to the Company in the areas of sustainable growth, environmental compliance, risk management, and responsible business practices, supporting the Company’s long-term operational and governance objectives.

Mr. Ashokkumar Natwarlal Shah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Practice. With over four decades of extensive corporate experience, he possesses deep expertise in finance, accounts, taxation, legal matters, and commercial management.

His vast knowledge and strategic insight contribute significantly to the Company’s financial governance, regulatory compliance, risk management, and commercial decision-making, helping strengthen operational efficiency and support sustainable growth.

Mr. Shankar R. Bharadhwaj is a Chartered Accountant and Law Graduate (LL.B.) with over 25 years of experience across India and international markets. His expertise spans corporate finance, accounting, auditing, compliance, business planning, and stressed asset management.

He brings valuable financial and strategic insights to the Company, strengthening governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable business growth.

Mr. Subir Kumar Chowdhury is a distinguished business leader with over four decades of experience leading globally integrated operations across the Off-Highway, Consumer Durables, and Automotive sectors. He has a proven track record of driving business growth, expanding global market presence, and building large-scale manufacturing operations.

With his extensive leadership experience and strategic vision, he plays a pivotal role in guiding the Company’s growth journey, enhancing operational excellence, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.

Mr. Deepak Sharma is a seasoned Project Management Professional with over 35 years of diverse experience across the Oil & Gas, Telecom Infrastructure, and Defence sectors. He possesses extensive expertise in managing large-scale operations, including the oversight of 300+ CBM wells and extensive pipeline networks.

His strong focus on operational reliability, safety management, and infrastructure excellence plays a pivotal role in ensuring safe plant operations, minimizing operational risks, and supporting uninterrupted manufacturing processes, thereby contributing to the Company’s long-term sustainability and efficiency.

Mr. Mahendra Parekh is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. A Commerce Graduate with over 40 years of extensive experience, he possesses deep expertise in finance, accounts, taxation, legal, secretarial, insurance, and commercial matters.

As a key member of the Company’s leadership team, he plays a vital role in ensuring smooth business operations, regulatory compliance, financial discipline, and effective risk management.

Ms. Bhavisha Dubber is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Commerce. In her current capacity, she is responsible for overseeing compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulations, while also serving as a key point of coordination with regulatory authorities.

Her responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, ensuring timely filing of statutory returns, organizing and facilitating Board and shareholders’ meetings, and supporting the implementation of robust corporate governance practices. Through her efforts, she plays an integral role in upholding the Company’s commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and ethical business conduct.
